代々帝国に仕える忍竜一族「禍（マガツ）」の下忍。 まだ単独行動を許されていない身であり、常に監視兼指導役の中忍・上忍の指示に従わなければならない。 本人はほぼ危険の無い護衛任務や毎日の訓練に飽き飽きしており、早く大きな仕事を請け負いたいと躍起になっている。 嵐の如く動き戦う忍竜も、最初は涼やかな風に過ぎない。 それが吹き荒ぶ突風となるのか、はたまた葉も落とせぬそよ風で終わるのか、それはこれから始まる長き修行の日々を終えた時に初めてわかるのである。
A Genin (low ranking ninja) of the Stealth Dragon clan "Magitsu" (whose name descends from words meaning calamity or disaster) who have served the empire for countless generations. He is not allowed to act independently yet, and currently remains under the constant supervision and command of Chuunin (The ninja commanders) and Jounin (The heads of the Magitsu ninja clan itself), following their orders to the letter. However, he's bored with the constant training and the escort and guard assignments that never put him in danger, and dreams of the day he'l get a real assignment with some meat to it. When a Stealth Dragon, it fights moving like a storm, so naturally, they are always like a gentle breeze at first. ... But will he become a raging storm? Or merely a soft breeze that can't even blow leaves? When he finishes his days of endless basic training, he will realize what they were preparing him for.

A Chuunin (Ninja Commander) of the Stealth Dragon clan "Magitsu" (whose name descends from words meaning calamity or disaster) who have served the empire for countless generations. He is in charge of teaching the Genin (lower-ranking ninjas) the arts of infiltration, security and self defense that will all become vital one day when they, as Stealth Dragons, will need them to make a living. The Genin at this point in their careers are generally forbidden from learning self-taught forms of the Ninja Arts, but many of them at this stage will learn the limits of their abilities and the best way to use their gifts. This ninja's breath is an strange evil, eerie wind that is born from the powers of darkness. It is said one breath will kill any flower, a second will cause the earth around it to rot and become dust, and a third will slay even a dragon.
